3RM

3RM

The intent of the workout this evening was not to get a personal record. The workout was 3RM deadlift. We started by warming up with sets of three and gradually added more and more weight. My 1RM is 375lbs so when I successfully lifted 365lbs three times I jumped to 380lbs. I lifted it twice but failed the third pull.
